I love this girl! She's smiling as if those toys are hers, those were only borrowed, actually the owner was not looking and so she took it. hahaha. She's posing for her ninang Rocks camera as if she's telling her "look ninang what I've got!" hahaha
She makes my heart beats faster! (sa kakahabol! lo!)

(A post I copied from a friend)

Tomorrow, a lot of creatures will visit your door. Be open minded. The child who is grabbing more than one piece of candy might have poor fine motor skills. The child who takes forever to pick out one piece of candy might have motor planning issues. The child who does not say "trick or treat" or "thank you" might be painfully shy, non-verbal, or selectively mute. If you cannot understand their words
, they may struggle with developmental apraxia of speech. They are thankful in their hearts and minds. The child who looks disappointed when he sees your bowl might have a life-threatening allergy. The child who isn't wearing a costume at all might have SPD or autism. Be kind, be patient, smile, pretend you understand. It's everyone's Halloween. Make a parent feel good by making a big deal of their special child.

Beautiful little ones

This photo was been taken a week ago. It's funny how this kids are so focused in watching in that tablet. What made me smile looking this picture is: the little boy on the right side were the owner of the tablet but it seems that he's the one that "nakikinood lang". Then the kids eventually took over the tablet and the little boy told his mom that they should go home co's he could not use his tablet. hahahah.
I love this kids.

She went here...

..but told her guardian that she came to me. Ooh goodness.. siblings  are sometimes hard to define.
My sister texted me two weeks ago telling not to go online on a Sunday because she told my Dad's aunt (where she's staying) that she will come to me but actually she went somewhere else.  Reading her text made me mad but I told her that I won't lie if they would ask me, but I won't tell if no one would care as well.

Posing like a pro

This is my aunt. She's seven years older than me. We're not that close anymore co'z we don't live close. We use to be buddies, but distance changes everything I guess.
Anyhow, I am still happy that she's living the life of her dream and she's no in Canada.
Praise God for keeping here safe.
May God change her life the way He did with mine.

Loving the Eggs

I soo loves eggs. I remember telling myself when I was kid where it's hard find some food that when I grow up and has money to buy eggs, I would buy loads of it and eat it myself. I never knew then about the good and bad effect of eating it.

So seeing this on facebook made me sharing it here as well. thanks to those who made the efforts just to help us know the benefits of what we are eating.

Nutrition Solution Lifestyle Fact #01: 10 Health Benefits of Eggs

1. Eggs are great for the eyes. According to one study, an egg a day may prevent macular degeneraton due to the carotenoid content, specifically lutein and zeaxanthin. Both nutrients are more readily available to our bodies from eggs than from other sources.

2. In another study, researchers found that people who eat eggs every day lower their risk of developing cataracts, also because of the lutein and zeaxanthin in eggs.

3. One egg contains 6 grams of high-quality protein and all 9 essential amino acids.

4. According to a study by the Harvard School of Public Health, there is no significant link between egg consumption and heart disease. In fact, according to one study, regular consumption of eggs may help prevent blood clots, stroke, and heart attacks.
5. They are a good source of choline. One egg yolk has about 300 micrograms of choline. Choline is an important nutrient that helps regulate the brain, nervous system, and cardiovascular system.

6. They contain the right kind of fat. One egg contains just 5 grams of fat and only 1.5 grams of that is saturated fat.

7. New research shows that, contrary to previous belief, moderate consumption of eggs does not have a negative impact on cholesterol. In fact, recent studies have shown that regular consumption of two eggs per day does not affect a person's lipid profile and may, in fact, improve it. Research suggests that it is saturated fat that raises cholesterol rather than dietary cholesterol.

8. Eggs are one of the only foods that contain naturally occurring vitamin D.

9. Eggs may prevent breast cancer. In one study, women who consumed at least 6 eggs per week lowered their risk of breast cancer by 44%.

10. Eggs promote healthy hair and nails because of their high sulphur content and wide array of vitamins and minerals. Many people find their hair growing faster after adding eggs to their diet, especially if they were previously deficient in foods containing sulphur or B12.

My hubby's siblings are gifted. Theirs hands are good with arts.. just like this fake tattoo that my sister in-law painted on her wrist's. At first I thought it was real and I felt sad because I'm not really a fan of this art. I was relived when she said it was just fake.

My Ziah turns 1

The long awaited birthday was over. I had fun and hoping my ziah too. I was quite worried that we might exceed the payment co'z this was really a budgeted birthday. We even lessen our guest. But since we live in the Phils. where RSVP is not really an important thing, hubby ans I was worried that our guest might double. We were not only worried about the expenses... we mostly worried about the place co'z it won't accommodate a hundred people.

Praise God the party went well and I'm pretty much sure they were full co'z I saw some people took their food home co'z they were not able to eat it all.
Thank you Lord Jesus for the great favor!

Went to Divisoria with in-laws the other day. We went to look for my little girl birthday dress co'z her party is in the third week of this month. I haven't given away any invitation  though but I'm hoping that it would be soon and I hoping too the people I would be invited would come.

We bought a some dress (barbie princess) inspired, some shoes and a boots. It was fun buying clothes for my baby Z. I wish to buy more but my wallet screams.. stop! I haven not bought anything for myself aside from the fruits I brought home and still spent more than a thousand. whew!

Is here with her.

..with my baby. Yes, my baby got so cranky this morning specially when she found out that her beloved tito Igi left with daddy. She thought at first she'll go with them co'z that's what lola said, but to her dismay... they left without her... and so she cried and cried.

She's only eleven month old and knows a lot things. She has now five teeth, all front, three up and two down. She did not learn how to bit things really... just three days ago I think. She tried to bit me, her dad, tita's and tito. It's funny how she does it really co' she looks cute but even though we all entertained by my baby's new learned stuff, I still always here to guide her to let do what is good and tell her no to what is not, biting is not good so I told her not to do that.

My fashionista girl

My in-laws are all in love with my baby girl. Indeed she's a joy to our hearts. It's funny how my brother in-law told his mom that our Z is more beautiful than the miztiza (don't know the spelling :) girl they saw somewhere in our village. My mom eyebrows went s co'z the girl was an absolute beauty but tito Igi doesn't care co'z for him our Z is the most beautiful. This made me laugh loud when I hear it.

Another thing with my baby grandma is... she said that baby Z has resemblance with Dawn Zulieta (a local actress) that she really is a big fan. But when she told this to her sister, her sister became frantic and said... I know your granddaughter is beautiful but I don't think she's even close to the actress beauty. This made me laugh more, I mean lough loud!

Enrolled finally :she's going to University

I wasn't thinking about it until a friend asked me if the in-law is going to college, I really just don't care besides I don't wanna do something that would worry me. But as days goes by, then I could see how the in-law is eager to continue a degree in college and the only problem is money, this got me into asking friends if they knew some scholarship thing.  So I encourage the mom-in-law and the sister in-law to apply scholarship from schools but no matter how she tried she was not able to get it.

Until we came to our last card- the in-law took a scholarship test in one of the prestigious school and still fall short. So... as I was thinking of what to do with her the Lord put this feeling of compassion, then without asking  hubby about yet, I told my friend who is working in the university if she could enroll my sister and I will just send the enrollment fee on her bank account so that the sister in-law won't go there anymore specially that she needs mom-in-law to go with her to the school not to mention that the mom is working twenty-four-seven.

I praise God co'z a friend is giving the sister-in-law a set of school uniform and a set of P.E uniform. This really is a big help to us specially that we are the one paying for her school and of course we will be forced to buy her school stuff when school is about to start and she don't have the things she needs yet.  I praise God for the provisions she showered/showers upon us. I give HIM the glory and honor!

Nanay and her best friend

Three weeks ago or more Nanay (hubby's mom) got reunited with her college best friend who'd been looking for her for almost twenty five years. This friend of her now live in Nevada USA. It's always then her ultimate goal whenever she comes home to the Philippines to locate Nanay, but since Nanay had moved to places she never get in touch with her until this year and thanks to facebook.

The two hugged each other and cried when they finally see each other. The best friend said that Nanay made her trip complete. She gave Nanay two boxes of zachary chocolates, two big bags of assorted chocolates, perfumes, fancy earrings and a cash. She also treated the whole family to an "all you can eat" restaurant. Aside from the cash she gave to Nanay, she also gave each one of us money then she gave us another cash for bus fare.

It was indeed a great day for all of us! It was also knowing her and her husband.

My team with me :) :(

Traveling team :)

This is my team who went to visit a tribe up North in a place called Kanawang in Morong Bataan Philippines. The team went there to visit our partner ministry and an orphaned siblings. They supposed to buy animals for the livelihood project that was headed by the pastor in that place. Unfortunately... my team was not able to close any deals with the animals for some unexpected matters.

My team will soon go back though in hope that this time they'll be able to buy the animals so that the livelihood project will finally start. The team came back though with a happy and satisfied heart co'z they were able to put smile on the orphaned kids because they brought with them goodies for the kids.

Pam’s StoryIn a recent  email, I read about a woman named Pam, who knows the pain of  considering abortion. More than 24 years ago, she and her  husband Bob were serving as missionaries to the Philippines and  praying for a fifth child. Pam contracted amoebic dysentery, an  infection of the intestine caused by a parasite found in  contaminated food or drink. She went into a coma and was treated  with strong antibiotics before they discovered she was  pregnant.
Doctors urged her  to abort the baby for her own safety and told her that the  medicines had caused irreversible damage to her baby. She  refused the abortion and cited her Christian faith as the reason  for her hope that her son would be born without the devastating  disabilities physicians predicted. Pam said the doctors didn't  think of it as a life, they thought of it as a mass of fetal  tissue.

While pregnant, Pam nearly lost their baby four  times but refused to consider abortion. She recalled making a  pledge to God with her husband: If you will give  us a son, we’ll name him Timothy and we’ll make him a  preacher.
Pam ultimately spent the last two  months of her pregnancy in bed and eventually gave birth to a  healthy baby boy August 14, 1987. Pam’s youngest son is indeed a  preacher. He preaches in prisons, makes hospital visits, and  serves with his father’s ministry in the Philippines. He also  plays football. Pam’s son is Tim Tebow.

The University of  Florida’s star quarterback became the first sophomore in history  to win college football’s highest award, the Heisman Trophy. His  current role as quarterback of the Denver Broncos has provided  an incredible platform for Christian witness. As a result, he is  being called The Mile-High Messiah.

Tim’s notoriety and  the family’s inspiring story have given Pam numerous  opportunities to speak on behalf of women’s centers across the  country. Pam Tebow believes that every little baby you save  matters. I pray her tribe will increase!
